Gin Rummy Deluxe - The Best Classic Card Game App Reviews

Rigged

Youll get frustrated as soon as you realize that the game moves discards back to the draw pile during the same hand, over and over.

Fun

I enjoy playing this game.

Potential

Would love to give this game a Five Star, But The Interruptions are more than a Headache.... I Get It, As far as The Amount For this App, But seriously ...... Showing the interruptions will only change a persons Mind about purchasing This Game, Give The People A Brake !!! The price is ok, but dont push this great game on people, Let The Public Decide, Without interrupting the Game .

Crazy ads and rigged difficulty

Well would be a great game but I have some issues. The ads pop up any time and if I have sounds off the ads still play. The sound issue pretty much kills this for me. If you play music sometimes the game will turn it off when you start the game. Lastly, the lazy programmer made the difficulty by simply allowing the game to cheat. It knows the cards in your hand and holds cards, it will not deal cards you need, and the computer wins many games on the first draw. What are the odds of that. Obviously, instead of the extra work involved with programming the AI to evaluate random cards and determine what to do they just decided to add cheat shortcuts. Its best to play this by changing what you hold with each draw. This would be a great game if they fixed these things.

Good game-AI and player equal wins

I like this game as it is hard to best the AI. But, solo far, Im a few games ahead, unlike other games where the player/AI get way to many wins.

Gin Rummy (a review)

I like the game because I can stop and start at any time. Sometimes the "X" out of an ad gets stuck and wont take you back to the game, thats what the button at the bottom of the phone is for, move on to another game! The toss pile should never have the same cards recirculated in one hand. Goes in cycles just like playing with a real partner. If the ads annoy you, pay the $2.99 to turn them off. Keep the sounds off, they disturb your play.

Addiction!

I love this game. Its very addicting. K Hints the title name. Ha! Ha!

Love the game

Great game. Very addicting.

Great Gin

Keeps my interest makes me use the brain.

Bangor player

Fun game to play, relaxing, no pressure, just plain old fun.

Mr.

I enjoy the game and would give it 5 stars but for the pop up ads in the middle of the game. Very annoying when trying to concentrate. Hope the producers read the reviews and pay heed. I dont pay any attention to the mid-game ads, my focus is on the game.

Retiree

Its fun, realistic, easy to use. You arent playing another person but the computer who plays like a real person who has no idea what cards you have. I lose as often as I win. And its an easy thinking game to pass away time.

Gin Rummy

This is so much fun. I dont understand pass though. Can you explain what that is? Explaining pass is not necessary now. I am hooked on this game!

Not bad - not great

Needs a undo button. I know its a free app, but its a bit too aggressive on the pop up ads.

Gin Rummy

Love to play this game. Its great.

Aggravated

I would give a 5 star but I Hate the ads! Especially right in the middle of the game. I understand you can Pay to remove the ads but then it does not make the game free.

Forces your play

No ability to increase difficulty. Arranges cards in my hand. Minimal challenge

Has anyone noticed-

That discarded cards can return into play, sometimes within 2 or 3 discards. So dont despair if you threw a card away too soon. As well, you can tell it was your turn to lose, because the exact card you need, turns up, right after the i-phone plays a winning hand.

Too many ads but fun

Although I like the game, I HATE the ads after every hand and sometimes in between hands! Ughhh

Gin Rummy review

I like the game but the cards need to be shuffled better. I can almost always say: "Here come the face cards." And 5 or six face cards will come from the boneyard in a row, maybe even a run from the same suit.
