Fun game but one prob ad

Ive enjoyed playing the game and find that most of the ads arent onerous, except for one that has since been improved. It wanted me to shoot and shell people and wouldnt give me the turn off button to click. The only way I could break out of it is to close the game & restart it. If I wanted killing & wanton violence, I wouldnt be playing rummy. Only other problem is that I keep wanting to grab the deck & re-shuffle it, but still enjoy the game despite that.
